Annual Cal Poly Wrestling Reunion Golf Tournament Set for Sept. 30

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. -- Fourteenth annual Cal Poly Wrestling Reunion Golf Tournament will be played Friday, Sept. 30, at the Cypress Ridge Golf Course in Arroyo Grande.

Cost is $200 if paid by August 15 and $250 after that date. Registration is scheduled for 7:30 a.m., followed by a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. Format is scramble. A raffle and silent auction follows the round of golf at 2 p.m., followed by a social and awards.

The entry fee covers the round of golf, cart, range balls, tee prizes, lunch, two mulligans, raffle and silent auction items, contests for closest to the line, closest to the hole and a new car for a hole-in-one on the 17th hole.

Golfers also will get a chance to meet new Cal Poly head coach Jon Sioredas and his assistants, Todd Schavrien and Mike Hatcher.

Soft spikes and collared shirt are required. Entries will be limited to the first 144 paid golfers.

Sponsorships are available with proceeds benefitting the Cal Poly wrestling program.

Hole sponsor is $150 while a hole sponsor with a golfer is $350. Pac-12 sponsorship fee, including entry fee for two golfers, is $500, while the All-American sponsorship fee (four golfers) is $1,000 and the Olympian sponsorship fee (eight golfers) is $2,500.
